1. Responsible publisher

Stores and service providers may be responsible for their own processing under their privacy policies.

2. Website and optional statistics

The showcase requires no RIVARDUS account. This website does not embed AdMob advertising or Google Analytics. Fonts and images are served through our hosting. Video links open official stores; no third-party video player loads automatically.

ChatGPT Sites hosts the site using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, request headers and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Infrastructure logs follow provider policies and retention periods. RIVARDUS does not copy IP addresses into its statistics database.

With your consent, we count visits and store clicks. We record the catalogue page, language, game and store, event day, hosting-estimated country, source category (search engine, social network or direct access), device type, browser, operating system, active reading time and a random temporary session identifier for deduplication. This database does not contain names, email addresses, IP addresses or referrer URLs, and is not used for advertising profiles. Technical categories are derived from request information without storing the full browser string. Referrers are reduced to categories; no full URL, path or search term is stored. Map markers represent countries, not visitors’ precise locations.

Without consent, no visit or interaction is sent to our statistics service. Existing public totals remain visible. Earlier totals may include visits measured before this update. Counts are not unique people.

Change privacy preferences

Browser storage

• rivardus-language: chosen language, kept locally until deleted.
• rivardus-privacy-choice: audience measurement choice, valid for six months.
• rivardus-visit-session: identifier and last activity, only after permission; renewed after thirty minutes of inactivity and kept in the tab until it closes.

Allowing and declining are equally accessible. Withdraw permission in the footer or clear browser storage. Declining does not block the site or store links.

3. Games and advertising

Steam, Android and browser versions may use different services. Check each Google Play application's Data safety section, its store information and in-game privacy options for that version. Website translation languages are not necessarily supported game languages.

Google AdMob in some Android versions

Some RIVARDUS apps use Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, advertising or other device identifiers, product interactions, diagnostics and performance information. An IP address may be used to estimate general location. Actual processing depends on SDK version, configuration, country and privacy choices. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, security, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalised advertising.

Google services and advertising partners identified in the consent message may receive this information. See Google's Privacy Policy, Google's use of data on partner services and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.

Consent is required for advertising processing that relies on it. Use available in-app privacy options and Android advertising settings; contact RIVARDUS if you cannot find how to change your choice. Website choices do not change app choices. Non-personalised advertising can still require consent for certain storage or tracking.

Purchases, accounts and game features

Purchases and accounts on Steam, Google Play and gd.games are managed through those platforms. Saves, leaderboards and achievements depend on the game and version. Include the game and platform when contacting us. Never send passwords.

Children

Parents or guardians may contact us about children's data. Age ratings and store terms apply to each version. Family-friendly artwork does not mean every version uses the same services or is intended for every age.

4. Contact messages and legal grounds

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and information you provide. We use these to respond and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where relevant, contractual or legal requirements. We do not send newsletters without your request. Optional website audience measurement is based on consent.

5. Retention

• Measurement session identifiers: up to seven days from last activity; cleaned during visit registration.
• Aggregated page and store event counts: up to thirteen months; cleaned during new interactions.
• Public historical visit totals without identifiers: retained to show website history.
• Ordinary email enquiries: deleted within two years after the exchange ends, unless legal requirements or dispute evidence justify further retention.
• Google, store and hosting data: retention under their policies and service settings.

6. Recipients and international processing

Data may be accessible to RIVARDUS and necessary providers: hosting, email, game platforms and, for relevant apps, Google and advertising partners. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area; consult their policies for countries and transfer safeguards. The website uses HTTPS; detailed statistics are restricted to the publisher's account.

7. Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Email chrisrivardus@hotmail.com with the relevant game or service. Identity evidence is requested only when necessary. Aggregated statistics cannot identify a person; we do not request extra information to re-identify you.

You may complain to the CNIL or your local data protection authority.

8. Updates

This page changes when services or processing evolve. The date identifies the version. Contact us for details about a particular application or version.
